Warehouse Order Selector

Location: Wilkes-Barre (Laflin) Facilities
Hours: Day Shift (M-F) 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 Per Hour
Valley Distributing & Storage is seeking experienced stand-up order picker machine operators for our Laflin facility.
Valley Distributing is a full-service Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider with over two million square feet of warehousing space. Responsibilities:
- Accurately process orders using stand-up order picker, forklift, or other power equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work safely at high levels, upwards of thirty (30) feet.
- 2 years order picker machine experience.
- Has strong communication and math skills.
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds safely.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance record.
- Must be available for overtime and Saturday work.
